Nurses Award 2010 - Personal Care Workers receive 250% for working Easter public Holidays

Queensland Health - Permanent Employees
(All casuals will be entitled to the public holiday penalty rate)
- Good Friday:
- If worked > One and one half times (150%) the ordinary rate of pay
- Easter Saturday:
- If worked > Double and one half (250%) the ordinary rate of pay
- If rostered off > If you would normally work these days but not rostered on, then you should receive a days pay at your ordinary rate of pay
- Easter Sunday
- If worked > Double and one half (250%) the ordinary rate of pay
- If rostered off > If you would normally work these days but not rostered on, then you should receive a days pay at your ordinary rate of pay
- Easter Monday
- If worked > One and one half times (150%) the ordinary rate of pay
- Anzac Day
- If worked > One and one half times (150%) the ordinary rate of pay
- Labour Day
- If worked > Double and one half (250%) the ordinary rate of pay
- If rostered off > If you would normally work these days but not rostered on, then you should receive a days pay at your ordinary rate of pay
